This policy explains what Intlectify AI Value ("Intlectify", "we") collects, why, and how it is handled. Intlectify is operated by Curiosbot Digital S.L., based in Spain. This page is a plain-language summary and is not a substitute for legal advice; if you need a policy tailored to a specific regulatory obligation, please have it reviewed by counsel.

What we collect

• Account data: your name and email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Assessment data: the AI use-case assessments, comparisons and inputs you create in your workspace.
• Sign-in method: if you use "Sign in with Google", we receive the basic profile information Google shares to authenticate you — we do not receive your Google password.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, request path) kept for security and abuse prevention.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data or your assessment data.
• We do not use your private workspace data to train AI models.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How data is used

Account and assessment data is used solely to operate your workspace: to authenticate you, to save and display your assessments, and to provide the comparison features you use. Technical logs are used only for security, debugging and abuse prevention.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. You can delete your own assessments from within the app, or contact us to request account deletion or a full export.

Data security

Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text). All traffic to Intlectify is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Each account's workspace is private and is not visible to other users.

Cookies

We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
