These terms govern your use of Intlectify AI Value, a product of Curiosbot Digital S.L. ("Curiosbot", "we"). By creating an account or using the demo workspace, you agree to these terms. This page is a plain-language summary and is not a substitute for legal advice.

The service

Intlectify AI Value helps you estimate the cost, gain and payback of AI initiatives, and compare them side by side. Figures produced by the tool are estimates based on the inputs you provide (or the illustrative data in the demo workspace) — they are decision-support, not a guarantee of any real-world outcome, financial result or return.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may delete your account at any time; your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Intlectify to attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, to disrupt the service, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.

The demo workspace

The demo workspace is provided read-only, pre-loaded with illustrative example data, at no cost and without requiring an account. It is intended to let you evaluate the product before signing up.

Disclaimer

Intlectify AI Value is provided "as is". Estimates it produces should be reviewed and validated before being used for financial or investment decisions; Curiosbot Digital S.L. is not liable for decisions made on the basis of figures generated by the tool.
